Can I mix brands within the package?

Yes. We can configure modules, inverters, and batteries to your voltage class, grid code, and budget targets. Share any preferred brands/models (or what you must avoid) in the RFQ.

Do you support off-grid or hybrid-only sites?

Both. Specify grid condition (stable/weak/off-grid), critical load list, and desired backup hours. We’ll propose inverter topology and battery kWh accordingly.

How do I choose between 48V and rack/HV storage?

48V LFP is common for residential and light commercial hybrids. For larger power levels, longer backup, or higher system voltage requirements, rack/HV architectures may be a better fit. Share your target kW/kWh and inverter voltage class for a recommendation.

What information makes the quote accurate (not generic)?

Include destination market/port, Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF), PV watt class preference, inverter phase (single/three-phase), battery kWh target, required certifications (IEC/CE/UL), and timeline/quantity. If you have a one-line load summary, add it.
