Request export-ready PV module documents
Send target model/watt class, quantity, destination market, required certifications, and Incoterms/port. We’ll reply with the matching datasheet, packing references, and a document checklist.
Request a QuoteBuyer Guide
PV buyers often compare price first, but export documents are what make a quotation usable. A clear document checklist helps technical, procurement, and logistics teams align faster.
Confirm rated power class, cell technology (e.g., TOPCon), module dimensions, mechanical load, connector type, system voltage, and warranty position. Avoid treating a generic datasheet as final proof—ask for the exact series/model you will ship.
Ask for quantity per pallet, pallet dimensions, gross weight, container loading estimate, packing method, and labeling. Landed cost and damage risk are often driven by packing assumptions, not only ex-works price.
IEC, CE, UL, or regional compliance requirements vary by destination. A good supplier should explain available proof and what needs confirmation for the target market.
Include destination market, required marks/certifications, target watt class/model, quantity, Incoterms and port, and any packaging constraints (pallet type, container plan, stacking rules). Request deliverables: datasheet, packing list, warranty statement, and certificate direction for your market.
